We use order forms that allow you to book a hotel room. We collect your name, e-mail address, postal address, and credit card information. This information is used to process and check orders. We also use this information to contact you in case there is a question or problem with a reservation.
We also use data collected when you register, enter a contest, and make purchases to enhance and personalize your booking experience. We strongly value your privacy. Your personal information provided to our web will NOT be passed along for secondary use without your explicit permission.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer this website. We log IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to track a user"s specific session, or to investigate cases of fraud or other security violations on our site. Any personally identifiable information contained in our IP address logs will be treated with the same respect for your privacy that order and registration information is treated.
What are cookies and should I worry about them?
Cookies are small pieces of information that many web sites use to make online navigation easier.
This data is contained on your hard drive in a file which your web browser provides for the purpose.
A cookie can contain information such as a user ID. Our site can"t read other data on your hard drive or read cookies created by other sites.
Making an online reservation top
Just complete and send the reservation form making sure that you have given us your e-mail address and a valid credit card.As soon we receive your request we will contact your chosen hotel to confirm the reservation. It is our policy to reply to all request within 24 hours (this time may be longer during high season, fair periods or special events).
Making a reservation through Allresortthailand.com requires payment with a credit card.

I don't want to make a reservation online, what can I do ?
You can reserve by phone or by fax
Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel ?
The special rates listed are only available through our service. If you would like to make a reservation directly with the hotel you will need to contact them directly.
What if the hotel that I selected is not available ?
You will be notified via an e-mail (within 24 hours after placing your order) and you will not be charged.
We will do our best tosuggest you an alternative hotel.

What happens when I make a reservation ?
Reservation requests will result in a new screen showing your booking's status. Additionally, all reservations will be followed up within a few hours with emails to confirm your booking or suggest you alternative solutions if the hotel has been fully booked.
What sort of acknowledgement will I receive when I book a hotel room ?
When the booking is confirmed (by email and SMS if you request so), the payment will be processed.
A hotel voucher will be sent directly to the hotel which you made a reservation with.
You will also be able to print your reservation confirmation voucher that you may be asked to present front desk upon checkin. Generally, you only present your identification to the hotel reception when you check in.
What is a CONFIRMATION VOUCHER ?
Once the room is confirmed, we will send you by email a confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation and price conditions. We invite you to make printout of this voucher to be kept and presented at the time of your check-in. Your voucher will be accompanied by a booking confirmation number; make sure to have it in hand upon arrival.
How do I know if my hotel reservation is confirmed ?
We will send you a confirmation email.
This email will include a voucher containing the dates and details of your reservation . Note that the voucher attached to the mail must to be kept until you arrive at the hotel.
Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel directly ?
No. The Confirmation Voucher printed from the confirmation mail is all you need.
How long does it take to get a confirmation ?
Almost 24 hours except for special cases (during fair periods, high season, or special events...).

Any Amendment will be charged for 10 % of the difference, in case the new amount is lower.
How about the Credit Cards Refunds ?
Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account.
All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
